It's never too early to read!

Sophie dah pandai baca buku! Eh tak de lah baru masuk 3 bulan mana reti lagi baca tp sophie dah pandai fokus kat buku bila mama tunjuk kat sophie!! First book yg share bersama2 sophie ialah white on black by Tana Hoban (tak sempat nak bergambar masa baca buku ni!)...Infant cant see the world in technicolours, they see it in blurry and greyish colour, so thats why black and white books are great option for younger babies! The contrasting colours of black and white will attract and captivate baby's attention. Baby will focus on the object!

2nd book that I bought for Sophie is baby animas black and white...Dalamnya ada 10 pages gambar baby haiwan yg alahai sangat lah comel..Muka haiwan ni mcm senyum kepada sophie. Bila sophie tgk kat muka kawan2 haiwan dia ni, die mula lah giggles and wiggles her arms and legs..See, that is good reaction! Buku mcm ni tak de wording so mama kenalah reka cerita untuk setiap haiwan..Contohnya macam Panda tu, saya bercerita kat Sophie mcm ini:

Hello Sophie, I am a panda. My Name in Pando. I live in China and my favourite foods are bamboo and Hello Panda biscuits. Nice to meet you darling Sophie!

Haa lebeh kurang mcm tu er..everytime boleh tukar2 cerita, sendiri lah berceloteh ngn baby..Reading is good for baby because it can increase the communication skills and bonding between mama and baby! Saya suka aktiviti membaca cerita untuk Sophie! Sophie pun suka!!
