This was my write up for Kino's August Gem Of The Month. I received a stack of uncorrected proof books from my boss and most of them are chick lit books. I decided to choose Wrong Sort of wife, a debut by Elise Chidley. Here's the output:

Life is not a breeze when a pair of little monsters came in to Lizzie’s life. She can’t get her proper sleep and rest after theywere born. A hectic mommy she is and all she ever wanted is to take a few moment of her own. She unwind her troubles by sending her sister an e-mail “Do you ever feel you need a mini break from being married – or is it just me?” but blimey, she accidently send it to her husband. With one fatal click, Lizzie got a divorce and had to move with her kids to the suburbs to start a new life. Overweight and depressed, Lizzie need to sort her life and collect all her strength and confidence of being a single mummy. You will found yourself cheering for Lizzie, the heroic soul of the novel joining the London Marathon and dumb all her junk food in order to get the perfect curve and in determination of getting her husband back. “ I am a woman, hear me roar”, every woman have their ups and downs and they have their own way to settle the troubles. Reading this debut novel from Elise Chidley is like reading a woman self help book in witty and humorous way!
